MBA6020 – LEARNING FOR OUTCOMES
According to Pierce & Newstrom (2000), the past 20 years, there has been a trend in a significant increase in women running a business, occupying management positions and managerial (administrative) positions at work organizations (41). As I are inspired to become business person, I've learned new leadership goals that are suitable to my own current and future work environment. In order to become a great exemplary leader, I decide to strengthen my personal weakness in areas received from i360 assessments primarily focusing on 3 areas: making decisions, time administration and connection. As I have discovered the importance of coaching, and still have found the method to be of great benefit, I seek out proficiency inside the areas of management behaviors. The kind of behaviors that will strengthen use of communicable equipment need to expand as I desire to motivate others to check their options contracts, and act on them. My ideal course is first and foremost to remain on track and successfully full the MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTATION program.
