The academy believes it is goals and objectives could be fulfilled together with the goals and objectives of the individual educators or employees. Assisting individual to reach or perhaps accomplish his or her goals, is accomplishing the academy's desired goals itself. This will prevent educators from performing the same errors, and cause them to become implement the very best practices which have been proven effective in coping students' problems or improving students' outcomes.
